Anything you send to our support team via email or the contact form. 2.2 Stuff we collect automatically. Details about your account and how you use the Service. Think puzzle progress, ecosystem reconstruction work, how long you're playing each session. Your IP address and device identifiers. Basic device info like the name, operating system, browser type, and language settings. Rough location data. 2.3 Information from other sources. (2.3.1) Platform services. You might connect through Steam or another platform. The information we get depends on what you've allowed in your privacy settings, but typically includes your basic profile—username, profile picture, your friends list on that platform. We mainly use this to track your progress across different devices and confirm you've actually bought something. (2.3.2) Third-party service providers. We sometimes get information about you from other sources when you install the app or interact with our promotional stuff. (2.3.3) Analytics partners. From time to time we receive data from other companies. For instance, if you got the app through an ad campaign, we'll know which ad network and campaign brought you in. 3. Why we collect it Setting up your account so you can actually play and use everything we offer. Running the Service itself. Making sure payments go through correctly. Delivering whatever product or service you've asked for. Getting you the right version of the app and content for your device.
